Some tips for a good mental health

         Enjoy mental health
    Your mental health is very important part of your body. You will not have a healthy body if you don’t take care of your mind. Take a care of your body by eating healthy food and daily exercising, it helps you to protect your mental health.
     Attach with others
     Build up strong relationships with other people around you who will support and enrich your life. Get good and relevant ideas from those people and share your ideas as well. The quality of our personal relationships has a great effect on our health. If u builds a strong relationship it can bring a great reward.
    Get time to enjoy
     Take time for extracurricular activities. Play games with your friends. Take a long walk, Instead of just going around your area; try to visit a Local Park. Get together with a friend to talk. Enjoy each moment of your life with your family and friends.
   Take care of yourself
    Be active and take healthy diets for your healthy body. Because your body needs high healthy proteins for that you have to take healthy foods. Physical and mental health's are interlinked with each other. You will feel good if your body feels good.
    Participate and share
     Join a group of people who share your interests. Get together and Share your ideas.Volunteer your time for an issue that you care about. Help out a neighbor, work in a community garden or do something nice for a friend. There are many great ways to contribute that can help you feel good about yourself and your place in the whole world. An effort to improve the lives of others is sure to improve your life too.
   Ask for help
     This can be as simple as asking a friend to help you while facing any trouble. Everyone’s life journey has bumpy bits and the people around you can help. If you don’t get the help you need first off, keep asking until you do.
