Tips to make your nails stronger

Stop biting your nails:
 The first rule you need to follow if you wish to have beautiful nails is to stop biting them. Most people rarely do it without even realizing that they are at it and therefore a conscious effort needs to be made, if you wish to kick the habit. However, if you can't seem to exercise control, then apply a bitter-tasting nail coat. It could help.

Go for regular pedicures and manicures: 
Make a trip to the parlor at least twice a month. Regular stashing of files and keeping them even help make your nails grow stronger.

Soak your nails in olive oil: 
While this could prove to be an expensive affair, soaking your nails in olive oil does help. Do it on a weekly basis.

Eat healthy: 
Having a balanced diet not only helps your nails but your overall body too. Researchers also say consuming too many sweets can make your nails brittle and unhealthy. So, avoid having too many sugar delicacies.


Drink water: Drinking an sufficient amount of water can help flush out toxins from your body. This can help your nails stay hydrated.
